Being an ESL teacher in Long Cheng Middle School for 10 years, I feel honored and lucky have this opportunity to teach Mandarin and give Chinese culture instruction to Students of Nativity School. Thanks to my supportive husband and leaders of both schools that make all this happen.

It's my second time to be in Cincinnati while the first time I came and took part in a four and a half months' teachers exchange program to improve my English. This trip means a lot to me not only because I can meet my old acquaintances in Cincinnati but also I will make new friends through the culture bridge.

The world will become better if we learn more about each other and respect each other better.

There are a lot of people who add bricks to the Friendship Bridge. I am only one of them. I hope (Jillian's) work will plant a cultural seed in the hearts of many American students.

I believe as long as we have these seeds, someday they will grow and become flowers, and there will be more people engaged in exchange programs between China and America.

With our efforts, our society will become harmonious.
